RETURN & DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to Max Pet Shop. Our ‘Delivery and Return Policies’ govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. Please read these Delivery and Return Policies carefully.

The Term ‘we’ or ‘us’ refers to the owner of the website. The Term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Availability permitting, your product will be sent to you approximately within the stated time frame. The dispatch constitutes our duty to fulfill the agreement. After arrival, in case of any problems, please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. maxpetskw.com delivers orders within Kuwait by Company’s own delivery network and, from time to time, we will use 3rd party logistics partners.
  3. Orders are delivered according to the delivery method when you place the order from approximately 1 to 2 Days within Kuwait.
  4. Once you have received the order, we will provide you the order invoice, and it will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
  5. If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person at the specified address (nominated by you) and receiving the order will be confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
  6. If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered due to this reason within a period of 14 days after the date of purchase.

Return Policy

  1. MaxPetskw.com will happily refund or exchange any items that are received damaged or that have been incorrectly purchased by the customer.
  2. You may return most new, unopened items sold within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, damaged or wrong item delivered, we will bear the return pickup cost, otherwise two-way charges (delivery & pickup) will be applicable. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
  3. Please note that there will be no refund for: Pet apparel & clothing, toys or pet beds. Fleas, Tick, Pet Pads and ringworm are some of the problems that can be transferred from one animal to another through used items.
  4. Items that are returned worn, opened packaging, altered, damaged, dirty or otherwise in a condition where they can’t be resold can’t be refunded or exchanged.
  5. Items which require custom installation such as scratching post and pet furniture are non-refundable once installed.
